Terms Of Service.

Welcome to Busy Brains Coaching. By booking a session or commissioning a training service with me, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services for Individuals
1.1 Payment Policy
All individual coaching sessions must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a payment link or invoice via email upon booking.
If payment is not received by the 48-hour deadline, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the time slot will be released to other clients.
1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
Before Payment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty prior to making payment.
After Payment: If you have already paid and need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the session start time.
Late Notice: If you provide less than 24 hours' notice to reschedule, or if you fail to attend the scheduled session ("No Show"), the session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Services for Organizations (Training & Workshops)
2.1 Booking & Deposits
To reserve a specific date for training or workshops, a 50% deposit of the total quoted training fee is required.
Dates are strictly not confirmed until this deposit has been received.
2.2 Travel & Accommodation
For in-person training or events, the cost of transport and accommodation will be estimated and invoiced as an additional charge alongside the security deposit.
This travel payment is required upfront to secure the booking and allow for travel arrangements to be made.
2.3 Organization Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits: The 50% training deposit is non-refundable to cover the reservation of the date and preparation time.
Travel Costs: If an event is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, the travel and accommodation costs paid upfront are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If your organization needs to reschedule the training date, please contact us at least 7 days in advance to discuss availability.
2.4 Final Payment
The remaining balance of the training fee will be invoiced upon completion of the training.
Final invoices are Due Upon Receipt.
3. General Payment Terms
3.1 Methods
We utilize Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
3.2 Late Arrivals
If you (or your team) arrive late to a scheduled session or training, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the time of other clients. We are unable to extend the session duration to accommodate late arrivals.
4. Refund Policy
Except as expressly provided in these Terms (e.g., rescheduling with proper notice), all services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the applicable cancellation window has passed.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
Busy Brains Coaching provides professional coaching and training services. While we strive to provide the highest quality service, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. You agree that Busy Brains Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
