Supporting Family Members With ADHD

Join Reading ADHD Group and ADHD coach Emily Sinclair (Busy Brains Coaching) for a practical online workshop on supporting the whole family when ADHD is part of your household.

When a family member has ADHD, the "invisible load" of daily life (routines, chores, emotional regulation) can quietly build into a cycle of conflict and exhaustion. This session shifts the focus from managing behaviour to building a cohesive team.

Emily will explore how to design a home environment that supports executive function for everyone, not just the individual with ADHD. By understanding the unique triggers within the family dynamic and putting low-stress, high-clarity structures in place, we can reduce the need for constant reminders and create a household that prioritises connection over compliance.

Whether you are a parent, partner, sibling, or carer, this session is for you.

This workshop will take place online on Wednesday 25 June at 7pm.

This event is free to attend. Reading ADHD Group exists to break down economic barriers to ADHD support. As an unfunded organisation, we rely on the generosity of our community. If you are able to make a small donation, it helps us keep events like this free for everyone.
