Not at all. This is for women who are diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or even just ADHD-curious.

No worries—everything is recorded and added to the library so you can watch in your own time.

This is a group coaching space, but you’ll still get personalized insight and reflection in every session.
Can I cancel anytime?
