1:1 coaching provides an in depth support to your ADHD journey, whether you are recently diagnosed, seeking a career change or simply looking at alternative support, coaching is for you.

Individual coaching is completely unique and tailored to the needs of the individual rather than a generic series of sessions. It is your time!

Group coaching offers a different experience to 1:1 coaching. It provides an opportunity to connect in with others and share experiences.

The overarching aim of my group coaching is to provide a community and a safe space for everyone. It is also designed as a more accessible alternative for 1:1 coaching.
